wow... If I was to take a guess at that, I would also think a serial killer... possibly a truck driver...or someone who has a job running between the states... Anymore, I get the feeling that the LE is all about protecting themselves...because there is always a lawyer out there waiting to...

I know what you mean.... I followed the Haliegh Cummings case into Kyron Horman into Zahra Baker and of course Caylee .... I am feeling defeated with the justice system... Sometimes I feel like, even if they catch the perp he/she will walk.... or do very little jail time... A person I knew...

The way I understand it... is TBI is handling this case... They told local LE to step down... I personally think that the FBI should handle this case..!!! I put my theory up on Topix.. Parsons... just reading between the lines for months...

I totally agree.... It almost seems that the only people spreading the word is the Bobo's themselves... For a case that started with such a large "BOOM if you will" has definately fizzled to nothing... No LE updates or anything... Maybe LE can't move past the family!! Even Karen herself said...

I would think that they would just show Clint a mugshot of Nichols.. and I sure hope that the US Marshals also showed him mugshots of wanted people as well... and I totally agree with the rest of your post...

I think that there is alot of misinformation going on within this case... which makes it both frustrating and aggravating, to me anyways... and the thing is, that it's coming straight from the horses mouth... Both LE and the family... Even the Amber Alert is said to be incorrect... which...

I wonder about Clint living there... Even in the first interview.... Dana describes the family schedule... He states everyone except Clint... and I would have sworn that Karen said Clint shouldn't even have been there.... and I could be wrong though...

I been following this case from the very beginning.. and this is my theory... I believe that Clint got into some sort of alteraction with what he thought were friends... and went to the Bobo home to get away from it...!! (Going off of Karen stating that Clint wasn't supposed to be there)...

Everything went wrong.. -Jurors who don't read the paper or watch the news.. not concerned about their surroundings.. (not interested, lame) -Jurors got buffaloed (sp) into drama.. -Although, Casey was indigent, she had people monitoring the social websites and texting Bozo... Which Ashton...

I give them a 2.... Only because they "thought" Casey may have had a hand in her death...!!! Here in Toledo,Ohio ....A murderer got off on a hung jury after ONE day of diliberation... WTF...Send them back into diliberations.... I guess you have to be caught on camera doing the crime...

Not sure how to feel about this.... There are hundreds of children missing.... Most don't get a proper investigation, let alone a memorial......!!!! Rest in peace, Caylee, may you also comfort the other children who are passed on...:)
