Of the large SO contingent working at the plant, many/most seem to have out of area alternate addresses. Quite a few of those other addresses are in Kokomo. I wonder if any group up for the commute? Or I wonder if someone lost their means of transportation, and needed a local place to stay...

Except he first said he was in another town buying fish. There is no mention here of traveling a distance. Seems he also possibly lied about his alibi. Note that to get to the Carol County Transfer Station, you have to drive right by IPC, and that the transfer station is along the very road that runs under the Bridge. Interesting.

Correction: that place goes by two different addresses. When you add the other address on a search, it's actually 18 convicted SO working at that one place.
