How ironic that MS would want a vetrovec warning for all the other witnesses, when it was his own testimony that would have most fit the definition for that warning. He was the one witness with the most reason not to be trusted to tell the truth, due to his motive to lie, his character, his...
I suppose anything's possible. But the photos of the three festivals were posted at the times that the festivals occurred. And the concert pictures were posted the day of the concert (the one where she said she was off to see that band and the one of the band playing).
Her posts look the same as ever to me. I'd just like to know how she's making all these photography trips while on house arrest with an ankle bracelet and only allowed to go outside her home for work or school...
That's how I read that too. And it was only for a portion of it equal to the amount of the debt owing to MB and to be used only for the legal fees.
So I guess that would leave nothing to pay for CN's legal fees, not that I ever expected him to have lots of cash laying around to pay everyone...
I'm always a little surprised at the people who stalk and harass these people with comments on their Instagram and Facebook pages. It's sad to see the stalked showing more class and maturity than the stalker in these types of situations.
JMO
Less the $710,000 for the Distillery condo (since we know he was scrambling for the short term money to be able to sell it so the sale cancels out the purchase), less the $1.1 million loan on Riverside to his father (which is probably still outstanding since the estate could very well not have...
I think all he meant was that it is rare for someone convicted of two first degree murders to ever get parole. They can try all they want once they're eligible, but they likely wouldn't be successful.
Whatever it means, the Crown doesn't seem to have been a part of it since they asked for a review. That makes it all the more interesting to me. I wonder what ever happened in regards to that review...
I'm a little geographically challenged so maybe I have this wrong, but...
I thought they pulled off Paris Road onto Oak Park Road to get to Bobcat. I guess because of which side of the road Bobcat is on (west side of the road?) and because they just pulled over to it. If that's the case...
Also interesting that, only two days before the additional charges were announced for LB and WM's deaths, MWJ was charged with selling the gun to DM.

I see it that way too. If you follow the texts through:
Feb 10 - DM buys the gun. MWJ says he can give him some grains. They arrange to meet the next day for "lessons".
Feb 11 - The meet to get the grains.
Feb 13 - They meet again. There seems to be some confusion over whether it...
So then, the same situation as with the Scotty texts. A whole lot of chatter about nothing. Maybe it's safe to guess that if something never gets brought up again, it's either been disallowed or it's nothing. Kind of reminds me of those sausage pictures that were never mentioned throughout...

Ugh. Thank goodness we didn't have to listen to any more of his art.
But, we finally hear about Smich's violation of the no contact order with MM while in jail...
When I was re-reading MH's testimony tonight, I noticed a few things that differed in his testimony and AM's.
1. They met at the park (which matches the text messages, but AM said they met at the house)
2. AM told him DM would want the toolbox to go to Smich (AM said Smich asked for it)
3. They...
