I wonder if the 3:38 witness has confirmed that to LE or not?

Is this to say that you think the 3:38 mystery guy is in the video at 2:51?

A couple of other reasons to suspect JW (besides statistics): - a crime of passion here would make sense where other scenarios may be considered "senseless" - It's been rumored that JW and posse spent a couple days roaming the Hoosier Nat. Forest after LS disappeared...possibly looking for...

I agree 110%...someone posted earlier about the narrow views of some LE. We don't know what all evidence they've collected in this case, however, we are all aware of the number of unsolved missing kid cases in this country. (I consider LS a kid) LE needs everyone's help to turn the tide on...

Right. It's obvious by the evidence that she was abducted from the South side of town and body and bike transported. This would be a good case for researchers to revisit. I'll read up on it myself just to catch up...thanks.

    NO...the 3:38 witness is female.

Just a reminder....that same woman told LE that the suspect at the time put JB's remains in Salt Creek. They actually drained the creek out and of course found nothing. The man convicted lived between where the bicycle and bones were eventually located. I never read what all evidence they...

This scenario brings a lot of things together. The 3:38 witness should be shown a few pics of the visitor from Michigan...see what she thinks?

Vigil may have had much bigger turn-out in a public setting...on campus maybe instead of a church.

Yes, it seems JR goes out of his way to make it appear that he was concerned for LS's welfare. I think that this is clearly a sign that he feels responsible in this matter. Responsible for what though?

See what you mean now. MB's time report would be accurate and JR's would have to be off by one hour for LS to have left 5 North at 3:30.

Good points. We need to here from MB as to LS's behavior and condition. We need to know if MB is 100% sure what time they arrived at his place. MB is the one who was up late doing homework and was likely not intoxicated and could be deemed somewhat more reliable....maybe

Right. The times work. Arrive at 5 North 3:00 am and leave the building at 3:30 for a 3:38 encounter with someone. As to the phone call at 4:15...who knows. I think JR was put under more pressure than he could handle and probably lied about more than one detail. But when he states that he...

What if MB and JR both got the times wrong by an hour? If HT were gathering intel the next day...it seems feasible that they had to guestimate what time LS was at 5 North. If the first one she talked to got the time wrong then the second would follow suit with HT's guidance. So,,let's say...
