I'm looking, but from what I can find is the pajamas were visibly clean, but chemical testing for blood was found on the legs and butt. Did she sit down in the blood? http://youtu.be/TZpBxt2lc84
Edit: I don't see how the clothes could test positive for blood, but not have any blood visible...
CY never said that. She never mentioned a name. And MF was never investigated. JY was the only one ever investigated. I was just throwing out an alternative theory.
Who else had the time and the means to commit the crime?
JY did not have the time to drive back to his house, murder his wife...
The PJs were washed, but no laundry was done there. So someone took the girl, washed her and her pajamas, then brought her back. That doesn't fit into the timeline.

What convinces you of that though? The timeline doesn't add up, and IF he did do it, there's too many things that would've had to happen perfectly timed, and he'd have to take his daughter to another location to wash her off.

No, I'm sorry. I deleted it from my DVR and a search on Google and the ID website reveal nothing. I know that's where I first heard the case though, and will comment if they show a rerun

I only found out about it after watching a show on ID about it. Too much of the evidence they showed on there didn't make sense and that's why I started looking into it.
Someone posted the two trials in the other thread, so I will look into those when I have more time.
I'm the type of person...
He did occasionally smoke cigars and he owned a humidor.
The only thing he lied about was doing work stuff on the computer.
He waited because that's what his legal counsel told him to do.
I've been investigated for a crime I did not commit, not a murder or anything like that. The first thing I...
Such as?
Edit: I'd like to know. I've only seen the story on ID, and a few snippets on YouTube.
I'm not saying you're wrong.

They nit picked his testimony. He said he was doing work on his computer in the hotel room, but he was actually messing with fantasy football or something not work related.
oh, must be. But she did have mental issues?
And one more thing, CY was removed from the scene to be cleaned, and her clothes were washed and dried. Who would JY have left to do this? His mistress didn't live in the same town.
A lawyer once told me to never talk to police, even if you didn't do anything wrong because you could've done something illegal that you didn't even know was illegal and you would've just confessed to a completely unrelated crime.
You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say CAN and...
I don't know if you'd seen her coke bottle glasses?
All of that would've required meticulous planning, and there was no evidence of that. The scoured his computer, emails, and text messages and found no evidence of a plan.
And the accomplice cleaned off CY, and stayed with her the entire time...
I don't think Jason did it.
The parts that don't make sense to me are:
1) The gas station attendant. She's blind and has mental issues. Her statement about the man coming in and being angry that the pumps weren't turned on and he was paying cash. Anyone who's purchased gas in the last decade...
hopefully this wrongful conviction gets overturned.
This case was entirely circumstantial, the timeline didn't add up, and the jury's reason for a guilty verdict was ridiculous.
