Was their car equipped with a navigation system or did they normally use a Garmin? Some times my navigation system picks very weird routes which includes smaller roads. Most of the time my husband's navigation system has completely different routes. If they do have a built in navigation...

I just wanted to mention that...my mom once locked her keys in her car. She called On Star to have them unlock the car. It was a cloudy day and they could not transmit to the car to do that because of interference. Surely...their GPS provider is still currently trying to locate them...
