Dear Jurors, If the "traumatologist" swayed any of you toward a not-guilty verdict, please never speak of it publicly. Just keep us all in the dark about that. Otherwise, I think many Americans would actually weep about the intellectual and mental state of our nation.

He's really got some hostility to the media, doesn't he? I don't know anything about this guy or his background, but what seems odd about his attitude toward the media is that if this wasn't a high-profile case, would he have even taken it? And it's media attention that makes a case...

Actually, Linda Kenney Baden had said that she thought it was going to be first-degree murder, and that they'd recommend death. Then Nancy and her both agreed that the police officers standing in back of Casey already knew the verdict, because somehow "they always know".

Juror #4 makes me nervous, too, for all the reasons listed above. However, I think Judge Perry somehow understood through his experience that her words weren't indicative of someone likely to hang a jury, as much as they sounded that way to most of us. It wouldn't make sense for him to proceed...

And, if the alleged confrontation with Cindy did happen the night before, Casey was probably still fuming and exacting her revenge. So sad.

Thanks for posting the pictures. I really see the resemblance between them. I think they especially look alike when they talk; same facial mannerisms.

It's so interesting how different perception can be. I do think, like many have said, that Caylee looked just like Cindy. In this video, I see the resemblance with Casey for the first time.

I didn't see much resemblance in the profile view of Casey, but when Casey's sitting at the table talking, I think her eyes and mannerisms look just like Caylee when she was sitting at the table reading the book.
