I saw that show, and honestly, I couldn't climb on top of ours either. I'm 5'5" and I seem to remember her commenting that perhaps someone taller than "Greg" could have climbed on it. (He took a little offense at her comment, if I recall--gave her the stink eye.)
For what it's worth, I...
They're in the back, at the base of the can. Same color so they're very hard to see in that picture, but I can see them (maybe because I know what they look like).
They don't take two men to move unless they're filled with heavy garbage.
We have the same cans. We are required to put them behind our gate by 6:00pm on pickup day or we get fined by our HOA.
I realize they're picked up by a robotic arm, but there are rear wheels on them. You tilt them...
The one I'm looking at in the back of the alley in Google street view has rear-wheels and is exactly what we have in Phoenix. We roll it out to the curb on pickup day and roll it back behind the gate (as is mandated by our HOA) afterward.

I wonder if they put priorities on updating areas that are...

Nobody in our neighborhood has one unless they built it themselves after the fact. I believe the same could...
OT response... When you ARE ready to adopt a boxer, please check into a local rescue. There are sooooooo many homeless boxers right now, it's shocking. The boxer rescue we adopted ours from rescued over 500 last year alone!
She is our 3rd rescued boxer and all three have been awesome dogs...
Okay, here's a thought. What was the time period that JM was living with the Celis family? Was he there in December when this previous CPS contact occurred and did he move out shortly thereafter?
Actually, those findings were released and they confirmed that the stats were not inflated.

Funny that you mention that because everyone you talk to that doesn't live here in Arizona says, "I could never live there with all the snakes!" As if Arizona has cornered the market on poisonous snakes... :waitasec:
We do have black widows here, but I haven't seen any around our house since...
