    MO MO - Kara Kopetsky, 17, Belton, 4 May 2007 - #3

I am talking about people that loved her before she went missing. I am not going to name names if thats what you are getting at. There are those that stepped forward as there are in many cases like this that claimed to have cared, if out of guilt, bad feelings or just attention. I am just...

Sheriff Bruce Curnutt put aside any territorial pride by creating a task force to explore the homicide of Poteau bar owner Joe Neff and the "suspicious death” of Jody Rilee Wilson. Both cases date to May and both remain unsolved. I’m not interested in any turf war,” said...

I am trying to figure out why he was dumped in Pocola. Why 20 miles away? Wondering if the killer/s where on their way to Fort Smith and it just happened to be a spot they where familiar with. Why take him that far away? There is plenty of desolate places between Poteau and Pocola. I dont think...

Very well said. And i totally agree with you. Its thats same small town mentality that has been the cause of so much disrespect, disregard and egotistical police work in this case also. Kara would not have walked away. She would not have been gone this long without getting in touch with someone...

Ok, after speaking with Tricia i am not going to post any info or the g/f name. Her name has not been mentioned any where in print , nor has she been named as a suspect. I do not want to violate tos. If Tricia decides it is relevant to the case i will post her initials and the info. Until then...

The safe throws me off a little also, well the Locked room does anyway. If it doesnt self-lock, it almost seems like it was done by someone out of habit over someone trying to throw LE off. I think it was still motivated by money. The money in his shirt pocket could have went easily overlooked...

That's kind of what i was wondering. I am assuming they checked phones records on his cell and home phone to see the last calls received? I agree with previous posters in saying this has to be a local. Someone after his money would be a good bet. Is there much drug activity in that town...

I am so sorry for your loss. He seems like he was a wonderful man. My heart aches for you and your family. Stay strong, hang in there and have faith that justice will prevail.

That's interesting. Do you know if they done any "pings" on it to see if anything came up? I think the Girlfriend could stand to be scrutinized a bit further. IMO

You make some good points. And i pray that she is sitting by the beach in Mexico and enjoying a full and happy life. That being said, i dont hold much stock in LD tests. True sociopaths and psychopaths have a way of distorting it in their mind what they want to belive and what is the truth. So...

GUILTY KS - Keighley Alyea, 18, Overland Park, 30 Sept 2009

That's what first came to my mind also. That's why i did some digging around and found ties to that area. I wish Kara's case had the national and local attention at first that this case had also. And maybe if Belton PD would have another department come into help them... Kara will be found...

GUILTY KS - Keighley Alyea, 18, Overland Park, 30 Sept 2009

Alyea’s relatives recognize Hilt. His first name is tattooed on Alyea’s back. However, her father wants it removed prior to Alyea’s funeral. “He said there is no way his daughter is going to be buried with (Dustin’s) name on her body,” Frentrop said. Snipped...

GUILTY KS - Keighley Alyea, 18, Overland Park, 30 Sept 2009

Doing some research it looks like Hilt could have some ties to Harrisonville and possibly the Belton area. Also, It appears that Joseph Mattox possibly has a relative that lives on 245th in Harrisonville, just down the road from the intersection of K Hwy and 235. ETA.. Joseph Mattox...

She has a bit of an unusual ear lobe area. If you look at the school aged pic and this new one you can see the ear shape is one in the same. Both pics show the left ear. Sorry dont know how to do a side by side. If someone would please do one you can see its a match.
