Thank you for the update, Tricia. I hope he gets answers w/o going through too much. I went through various procedures and two surgeries in about six months (one recent--major surgery) and still have no answers.:doh:

I can't completely shake my distrust of LP, but I'm glad he's doing something (edit: searching). Of course, if he's lying or planting things that will change...but I don't see him going that far. My concern was him seeking the attention and making a profit...nothing illegal. Anyhow, LE is right...

I do not and will not (ever) feel sad or bad for her. It was completely her choice...even to make it worse. I also don't care about her possible excuses...I've had a pretty rough life and a few traumatic experiences myself. I feel for victims, especially the helpless and defenseless...not those...

I agree, I think she should/could talk if it's on the table. I don't think it will happen yet, but at some point durning the trial...if it's on the table.

I must say, nothing would surprise me about Casey...but this is standard procedure. There simply are requirements for lead and co-counsel in capital cases.
