This case is local to me. This is a VERY nice area of Travis County. Multi-million dollar homes scattered through the area. But, there's also water everywhere. Everywhere. Not liking the details I am seeing. :(

I'm also wondering how soon it was searched after she went missing. Is it possible that they searched there, she wasn't there. I HATE TO SAY THIS - animal activity? Maybe she actually wasn't there when they first searched, and then animal activity occurred, bringing her there?

I wouldn't rule anything out at this point. Like someone said above, crime scene has to come out to rule out foul play, so this could still very well be a suicide. I was just answering as far as why, if the husband DID hurt her, would he leave her so close. MOO.

Another one... Golly. I just can't with these. When has it EVER happened that someone just... disappeared and then was found alive? I mean, what are the stats? 1 in 10? I'm so deflated today.

With the high scrutiny teachers are under these days, if anyone found out she was getting help for depression, it could have caused issues for her career, I would think. Or atleast being afraid of that would be a realistic fear for her as well.

Yeah, that's totally possible. Maybe they had some alarm system or something, in which the front door would have caused it to go off? Maybe the left a door ajar intentionally, to make her "escape" without triggering an alarm at 3am?

Then let's just hope he's being honest with LE, telling them that he think she took her own life. If he's making them think she WASN'T feeling that way, I fear that it won't be taken quite as seriously as it needs to be, in terms of finding her. If LE thinks she left on her own accord, NOT...

Hmmm. Well, we know (confirmed by LE, correct) that she was seen at 6pm on Sunday, right? So, if something happened after? I too wonder what time he tried to call her... And also, if the husband left the home between 6pm Sunday and 9am Monday... Sitting on my hands for a bit.

How far could she have gone? Why WOULD she have gone incredibly far? They said they searched within 1.5 miles of her house. Why would she have walked that far if she intended on suicide?
