Wondering if CD might have been initially 302'd in order to have a 72 hour in-patient observation period to decide if he was competent or not, .....but after those 72 hours were completed he was found to be competent and released ?
This may change the interpretation of the gun charges.
Copy of letter from Bucks Co DA Office to Bensalem PD Officer dated 062117 to request refile charges against CD for gun charges

The MH info on 302s are also shared by PSP into the FBI data base.
There should be no reason why the gun charge was dismissed due to lack of verification of 302.
Something smells here.
Concerning CD's 302 and the gun charge from Feb 2017, the 302 should have shown up in the State Police Data base and also the FBI data base.
"Under the new direction, on Tuesday, January 29th, 2013, 643,167 mental health records were electronically transferred to the FBI’s National...
Something is hinky in the chain of events re: filing 302 and LE not being notified.
Involuntary MH committments ( 302 ) are I believe put into a data base so LE has the ability to ascertain if person is legally allowed to possess fire arms.
Either he was not officially 302'd or someone botched...
Original gun charge against CD from Feb. was initially dismissed due to " incomplete paperwork "....a signature was missing ( ? )
Sounds like maybe someone flubbed this up deliberately as a favor.....Dad and Mayor are allegedly good friends...
Something posted to SM yesterday about this. Poster said that it was CD and case was settled out of court .
This is close to the time frame of when CD was rearrested for gun possession in Feb as well.
Still checking to find confirmation.
Sounds like he had arranged to meet up with someone in the white car but did not tell his mom before hand.....might have told her to let him out at 7-11 to use the restroom or some other excuse....then he took off and got in the car that was already waiting for him at the pre-arranged spot.
There has been some chatter on SM as to CD having had a vehicle accident some time this spring, possibly in March, leading to a law suit filed against him on 501817 as 'Motor Vehicle Tort Damages seeking monetary compensation'.
This was remanded to court on 062217 for jury trial.
SM poster...
It sounds kind of odd that SK patiently waited beside a dead body while CD drove off alone to go get TM and MS.
How would he know if CD would even come back ?....and there he'd be alone with a dead body.
I' m confused as to why she drove him the whole way out there, then he jumped out of the car and said he would walk back
Why did they go there in the first place ?
CD lives 5 minutes from this 7-11 from what other posters have been saying.
CD has allegedly stated that he killed 2 other people - a man and a woman.
Here is an unsolved case of the murder of a mother and her 22 year old son 2014 in the area near where SK was living in Philly.
Not sure if the time frame fits, but it's worth a look.
