Hannah Graham: Body Recovered, 18 Oct, 2014 **Awaiting Forensic Confirmation** #4

I seriously doubt the SAR LEO got close enough to see as much detail as some people think. Someone with more knowledge can correct me but I'd think protocol would dictate calling in the discovery immediately and then staying a decent distance away from the body to keep from contaminating the...

Again, they did not recover the DNA they used for the match from MH's shirt, the DNA was discovered with her remains.

This is OT but it costs quite a bit more than that to execute. EDIT: Mirv is correct. Like someone else said, I'd gladly donate to have it done. Unbelievable what this guy has done. Hoping to hear confirmation today and more charges soon.

Not that I disagree with it in this case but putting a prisoner to death is a much bigger burden on taxpayers. However, I hope he fries assuming he's convicted.

I'd still be shocked if it wasn't her but I'll admit that I'm less sure as the hours go by. However, I guess it's possible it's not and JLM knows that which makes his lawyers statement about awaiting identification interesting.

JLM Charged in 2005 Farifax Rape Case

I'd be curious to know if he had any friends/connections at George Mason University at the time.

Not shooting the messenger but that doesn't make sense with them being able to pull DNA in the MH case after 100+ days. I'm not saying they will be able to do so but not sure how it's 100%.

I think you all need to realize that the SAR LEO was not a forensic guy or a crime scene investigator. Just because he didn't see it doesn't mean it wasn't there.

That's what he does, unfortunately. The fact is I would bet a lot of $ that LE has quite bit more evidence than we're aware of. Especially given the "intent to defile" charge. Now that she is found hopefully there is a great deal more.

It was first the subject of a Coy Barefoot article, then aerial shots showing the crime scene tape and tons of vehicles on the road outside of the house.

I'm guessing there are many routes JLM could have taken to get to this part of the property. I'm sure part of the reason for the massive crime scene is trying to find a way to retrace exactly how he made his way there. In a rural area like that I'm sure there are many ways he could have come...

Completely agree - thankfully his luck finally ran out.

Pretty sure that absolutely would be plenty to get a search warrant and probably charges.

If they had obtained his DNA from trash or discarded cigarettes, they would have found the match and that would have been plenty to get a search warrant and more IMHO EDIT: Sorry, I quoted the wrong post in this reply

I agree that it may be possible he was known to LE as someone who was talked to during the MH disappearance, and that this would have immediately set off a radar as soon as they identified him on the video and realized this. However, if they were as focused on him as you believe they would have...

Conductor, did you ever answer the question about why you seemed to believe MH body was moved at some point. I have been unable to locate a single source or rumor that stated this.

Again, "no comment" is not what she said.

I see your point. However, in that case why would they make a call for police to come to any address associated with the case on an open channel?
