Does anyone know where we can find the entire 600 pages from JA's journal other than excerpts from it or the pages used in court??

weekend discussion: discuss the trial here #141

I agree there may be some merit in what you have suggested. She could have remained after killing Travis. There is no evidence that she did or not leave immediately afterwards. It makes sense to think that she stayed as she knew the routine of the roommates and certainly knew that they wouldn't...

Yes there were journals seized from JA's cell. From what I understand Martinez originated the seizure. Haven't heard and don't know anything more about them.

trial day 46: the defense continues its case in chief #138

Beth Karas said that whatever was going on would be dealt with in front of the jury. They can't hear about her being harrassed, right? I'm puzzled and worried.

Beth Karas just said that whatever is to be addressed with ALV will be done in front of the jury. That doesn't sound like something that would lead to a mistrial, does it?

If this has anything to do with the latest motion for mistrial it would have been initiated by the DT. If their witness has done something wrong, wouldn't they want it swept under the rug? Or maybe not...is ANYTHING worth doing to get a mistrial!?!?! The PT seems so mellow, calm and on the up...

She changed her tone but her attitude remained the same. The fact that she didn't answer many of the questions the jury asked either has to have hurt her tremendously. Very evasive and rediculously prejudicial against TA

There are quite a few funny videos on Youtube. Two favorites--the never ending answer and "my bangs". I'm at 455am. beautiful NE Michigan. Off work in 1.5 hours!
