I would bet anything that TM wrote that. Again, putting off on Heather as a "bad choice". Not saying I am sorry I was unfaithful, only that he was sorry that who he had chosen (Heather) was the problem and to me, this sounds like TM's way of rationalizing. JMO

Because they put her in the river. I do't think they would transport her when the river was right there. JMO

I still feel like SM did come clean on the day he went to the hospital. I think that they put the body in the water and that is why it hasn't been found. JMO

When I saw the pic of the stuffed animals on that staircase, i thought that it was a fake staircase. No one could walk on it with all those animals. It looks like there is a wall at the top. There even looks like painters tape around the top. JMO

I would guess the "file in Columbia" part would be Federal charges.

By charging them with kidnapping (which could have meant just preventing her from leaving) it provides an aggravating factor which is required in SC in order to seek the DP.
