I remember a thread on this little guy earlier this year (or late 2008 for that matter) I vaguely remember his mother had fallen asleep on the counch and he wandered off and they have been reunited. I am trying to find the thread though.

Regarding the "mountain" area, maybe the person is talking about Manayunk or Roxboro? There are several radio towers that are just outside of Roxboro and a reservoir. I wonder if the area of the reservior was ever checked.

I think that this could possibly be Edwina Atieno Onyango, she disappeared from Lansford PA in 2007. Her disappearance doesn't exactly fit the time line but she had met up with her estranged husband and disappeared soon after. Her case haunts me because I live near where she disappeared.
