Anyone can request a copy of someone's death certificate, but you have to pay a fee. I believe it's $20. Same as a birth certificate - you can order one at any time.

While I'm not positive on this, my guess is they do put the COD on the death certificate once the findings are in. Someone I know committed suicide a few years ago and the coroner left her death certificate COD as "pending" while he waited for all the tox reports to come back so he could rule...

The WW has had a copy of the death certificate since 02/23 and released the COD today. http://www.wenatcheeworld.com/news/2010/mar/12/teen-was-stabbed-strangled/

I'm assuming del rio was looking at the same documents that I did, and we've been warned by Salem we are not allowed to talk about their divorce.

I've never been to that site before, but I noticed they have her date of death as 02/09/2010. Do you think that is when they suspect she died, or they put that in there because it hasn't been released to the public yet?

Del, what I can't figure out what you thought was odd about something RC wrote (I'm assuming you were talking about 01-3). I read through everything today - page by page, line by line, and to me, everything that was written was very typical. Other than the hostility between MC and WC, nothing...

Thank you. It was recent, so some of this stuff is pretty disturbing, but I am a HUGE advocate that justice will be served. I'm convinced that MC's spirit is at peace.

My mom was killed in a homicide and we had her body back for cremation within half a week. Once the autopsy is performed and enough samples are taken for testing and the body has been thoroughly investigated, it's released to the family. Ugh...

I don't think he was convicted - when I looked at the court documents, the case was dismissed because the petitioner (WC for MC because she was a minor) nor the defendant appeared in court.

Well, I'm not certain, but IMO, since law enforcement was involved and the car was impounded, it never would have been chained. Just my experience growing up in the towing industry.

IMHO - My dad owns a tow truck and the car woud NEVER have been pulled from a crime scene by a "chain". If it was not loaded onto a flat bed, it would have been dollied and lifted so only the back tires would have been touching the ground. In other words, the front of the car would have been...

I live just above the Squilchuck Market. How far from PC am I? I've lived here for a total of 15 years and have never made the drive up towards Mission Ridge.

Holy cow! I'm finally caught up! Only took me all day. I think there are a lot of good theories that have been floating around on here (if you want to call something in this situation good). I pray this comes to rest soon. As a mother, I just can't fathom someone doing this to their own...

I agree - if the perp is cleaver enough to have this many people stumped (partially because of tight lipped LE), then I just don't see anyone hanging on to it. Too much of a liability. As for child support, it is ordered until the child reaches the age of 18 OR graduates, whichever happens...

Possibly just to cause complete chaos and confusion. Not much of this adds up if you ask me. Mostly because we don't know all the facts...but it's like we're trying to connect the dots on a map here.
