OT for a second: Did you get some pliny the younger? Any chance you've got a growler of it hanging out that you'd be willing to trade? To keep this on topic, I think we've been pretty supportive here.

If something puts something publicly on the internet, they forfeit their right to keep that thing private. I google potential clients and potential employees because your internet footprint tells a lot about you and your character.

With regard to maggots, my girlfriend is a biologist and while she doesn't currently work in forensic science, she's interested in it. Actually, we met in a forensic science class back in college. :blushing: I was the only nonscience major in the class. You can imagine how well that went...

I wish I would have known. We could have sent him a cake. "We may not sell several dozen records, or 3XL T-shirts, but we'd like to thank you for reminding us about the joys of being employable." :innocent:

My first day of law school I used the word "assume" in a class. The professor spent 5 minutes tearing into me for using the word "assume". Since then, I try not to use that word.

Cell phones aren't vital piece of evidence unless there is something physically on the cell phone. Everything they need can be obtained from the cell phone companies records. What it looks like to me is that they took Sam's, Mel's, and Emma's cell phone as there may be markings, fingerprints...
