They called in a cherry picker when doing forensics on the balcony - I have seen photos published somewhere.

Do you think that would ever have happened after he had restrained and choked her? I find myself wondering what would have happened if she hadn't have gone over the balcony. He had already been in trouble with the police, how would an assault charge have gone down with him?
I think there are two noises - The Thud - then later after the no, no, no's , the tinkle , which I theorised in one of the other threads was possibly the glass bottle being kicked across the balcony from near the sunbed to under the chair where it is in the police photos.
That is the "Telescope" or spotting scope I believe. Not sure you can record with them, looking at spotting scope images it looks like you record using a phone in the viewfinder.
So did anyone ever see what the bracket fitted to? How it went together, where he sat whilst using it, how she managed to disassemble it from the scope or was it just loose on the table?
Whether it needed another part so you could perv on your neighbours with ease?
I think it a different scope in each picture, looks like GT was after a new one, possibly got a bracket with new one. (found gt thread via google search!) http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=148685383
...Typical spotting scope stands, brackets etc...
BBM.
In all the previous cases of people falling from balconies I wonder how many times other occupants of the apartments have called their lawyer (or tried) then gone for Pizza?
CCTV shows the girl emerge from the bedroom or a side room, Why didn't good ol' Gabe put Warriena in there to "calm down"? Surely a better option than the balcony, door was probably already open too.
CCTV - Looks like the same apt to me.
