I don't believe Britttney was a heavy Meth user. Maybe an occasional party type user. My niece is a heavy Meth user and you can tell just by looking at her. She is very thin, has the pock marks, burn marks, discolored teeth and will steal anything she can! She looks like the walking dead!

I do not believe Brittney is hiding. She is only 19 years old, she would be using her phone at the least to talk to friends. If no money, no minutes on the phone, she would be on her Facebook account. If she were hiding, it must be with some one and most some ones have phones or computers!

How would they know Uncle Donnie dropped her off at the truck stop? He is dead and she is missing, unless someone else was with them.

If it was a 25 caliber hand gun, that is usually a womens gun. It is small and easily carried in a purse or pocket.

It is kinda hinky that they were together when they found DH.

Maybe the wives did something to protect their husbands. I know that sounds terrible, but it would not be the first time.

It looks as though they are investigating the family. Wonder what they will find out next! Maybe she is hiding!

Why did she lose custody? Was it traumatic? This must have hurt her deeply! Did she not want this child and gave custody to the father? This was only 2 months before she disappeared. Something is not right!

I agree, something is not right, maybe she is like the boy that cried wolf.

I wonder why they used the term, hunting knife. What makes any knife a hunting knife?

I am a long way away, Michigan in fact. IMO I do not believe this girl is hiding. She would at the very least contact a friend. She is 19 years old and hasn't used her phone or been on Facebook. That tells me something is very wrong!

I don't think working at a Walmart or McDonalds would pay enough for the Motel room! Sure couldn't buy any food or pay a cab to get you there and back!

It also sounds like the body was dismembered at the joints. Possibly a hunter, butcher or some one in the Medical Profession. Unless they used a power tool. MOO

If the body was dismembered for transportation purpose, why dismember the feet from the calves? It makes no sense to me, my whole leg including thigh, calf and foot is not much longer than my torso. IMO, no reason to remove the feet.

Why would the body be dismembered, it wasn't to conceal the identity. Even the navel jewelry was still on the torso. You would think the jewelry would be the first to be removed. To dismember a body in this way would not be easy!
