Based on what other commercial property leases for in the area, I am going to guess that it is a single month's rent they are behind on. I think this has more to do with the (building) owner's building coming under scrutiny due to this investigation.

I saw their marriage license in the Osceola county public records the other day.

My guess is that this is an attempt to get the tenants out of there. $2500 should be easy enough for the owners to come up with. However since the eviction notice also lists damages as a reason it seems like they are trying to not make it easy for the owners to just pay the back rent and stay in...

I agree that they seem to have been separated, but that doesn't necessarily mean a legal separation was filed. I think had their been one filed it would have been reported by now, but maybe I am wrong.

He must be a silent owner/partner to ensure they were able to get their liquor license. Not to mention it probably helped him avoid getting caught for the DUI and child support payments. The other owner listed in the article owns a vending company that provides ATMs, Slots, Pool Tables...

Today the article says - http://www.fayobserver.com/articles/2012/04/25/1173630?sac=fo.local The owner that was previously arrested is not listed, but the woman who is on the liquor license is.

Somehow I missed that Froggy Bottoms was being shut down due to back rent owed and damages. Has the bar continued to operate the last few days? Edit: I should say that an eviction notice has been filed in district court.

It is bad enough to see soldiers die in combat, but at least that is a risk that soldiers are well aware of when they enlist. To me it is even more awful when a soldier who enlisted and was willing to put her life on the line for her country, is taken (and most likely murdered) in this manner. I...

In some cases evidence records are made available to the public. Usually though it seems to be in cases that involve police shootings. Would love to see the evidence records for this case after it is closed.

Thanks Cazzie. I think since my posts were responded to (?) I am unable to delete them. However I will leave them there and apologize if I am in the wrong. It isn't like I dug up any information that isn't already publicly available through several media sources and public records. However if I...

I guess most of his convictions were prior to when he was enlisting age. The army is the most lenient of the branches, but due to his cocaine possession (and another drug conviction) he would have needed a waiver to enlist. Assuming it was felony.

If Mike was once in the army, I doubt he is any longer with his drug convictions in Osceola County. That doesn't fly in the military.

It amazes me the inaccuracies and inconsistencies found in various media reports. Some of these outlets seem to have no fact/error checking.

There are two Justins in her facebook friends from St. Cloud. Neither of which are also friends with Mike. Not really going anywhere with this, just an observation.

I believe it was confirmed by local police in FL, but having a hard time finding those articles. I barked up this path to the point of annoying everyone I think. I just had a hard time ruling him out until it could be confirmed.

The unfortunate thing is that most every theory that doesn't point to Nick is based on something that Nick said. Kelli can't talk for herself and I have a hard time taking anything that Nick says she said seriously.

My thoughts are that the conversation with her husband did not go very well and she called the first person she knew would be available to escort her to and from the bar thinking he was harmless. Just a guess.

That's the national registry, I was just using the local registry. But wasn't checking the box to include incarcerated offenders.
