Me too! And I'm so glad there are tips still coming in.
In that clip, Greg McCullom says the following:
Sigh. I've said it before, and I'll say it again - GEORGETOWN WATCHES THE SAME NEWS STATIONS WE DO! Georgetown does not have its own news stations. The people there (and I'm saying this as...
It's much easier to get a conviction, when the Defense attorney doesn't have his standing weekly lunch date on the jury. JMO.
"If anything this [case] demonstrates the importance of circumstantial evidence." Yes, it does!
Above seems to be the part of the law Jimmy Richardson referenced with his comment regarding the 364 days (363 now, SM! tick tock). So, unless he saves somebody's butt in prison (2), it looks like he needs to help with the investigation or prosectution of "another person." Not himself. Another...
Hm. I didn't catch the entire interview on TV, so I missed that part. Remind me, did AC take the stand in SM's mistrial? Would Judge Culbertson have blocked it in TM's trial?
RSBM: We're not as small a minority as we used to be. More and more people have latched onto LB's.
Side note: Look at all the OG's posting in here tonight! It feels a lot like a much-needed hug. ♥
I keep refreshing and digging around on WPDE's FB page, waiting for them to post the interview. I just saw this picture on their page. Man, she's such a boss!

Just watched. Solicitor Jimmy Richardson said the reason the truck-cleaning video had not been used in previous trials is because it didn't fit in the narrative prosecutors were building. He also said there's still evidence that the public hasn't seen yet and may never see.
"Sidney now has 364...
BBM: Makes me immediately think of NL's closing about the silver-tongued villains in Jane Austen's novels.
You're most welcome. I feel like I vaguely remember hearing TM's interview, maybe during her trial. I'm not positive of that though. I may be playing one in my head because of hearing the...
I've been thinking about how what the Elvis family wants most is just to find out where Heather is and what happened to her. That got me thinking — Could the State offer either SM or TM (whichever is the lesser of evils) "queen for a day?" If one of them knows a lot but didn't get their hands as...
RSBM: He also said something like, "anything I told them would be a lie." I fully believed him when he said that. He didn't say it would be "made up." He said it would be a lie. I find that choice of word very telling. I think his subconscious was speaking. He's been lying, he will continue to...
BBM: South Carolina is still a capital punishment state. We still have the death penalty. No one has been put to death since 2011, and that was by lethal injection, but I'm sure just knowing it's on the table for them is pretty terrifying to SM and TM.
Sigh. I want so badly to share in this moment with all of you, but the site is being so frustrating! I keep trying to like and comment and stuff, but it's taking forever, if it takes at all. Just know that I'm here, having a celebratory glass of wine with y'all, and toasting to the beautiful...
