You know what’s crazy is I saw an interview with the couple who didn’t answer the door and went and called 911. I saw it on the Sunday morning when all this was hitting the media. The interview has been pulled though likely at the request of RCMP I guess. I can’t remember their names either...

The person has to ultimately be responsible for seeking help though. You can’t force a person to seek help with mental illness. But I doubt anyone ever suspected he was capable of this.

It was according to the published search warrants and it was in reference to it being someone else giving information and not the girlfriend due to a brief description. It’s not a big deal and I don’t want to go back searching for it.

Yeah but the people interviewed at least in the early days likely had no experience with the darker side, I bet once everything is out in the open you will see a man unravelling. She probably stayed because she knew he’d kill her if she left. It really causes a lot of damage to the victim.
