I could be. Given it's a woman, we have to wait and see. Most women are killed by people close to them. I can definitely see someone using the cover the riot to murder an "inconvenient woman."

I am not so sanguine. The authorities only need probable cause to arrest someone. And, it is not their job to find exculpatory evidence, that is the job of the defense. I think the DA made a very reckless statement that poured fire on an explosive situation.
So, I have no idea what will happen.
Because most white Americans don't see it that way. They see the immediate effects of it in the present. It's an old but effective playbook, protests lead to riots lead to looting. After that line has been crossed, most Americans become very law and order.
The looting is so self-destructive.
I don't know. There is a shortage of pharmaceutical-grade glass* to hold the vaccines. So that bottleneck needs to be overcome.

I can see this so helpful in nursing homes. Both in keeping asymptomatic untested visitors out and in helping the staff know when they are infected or in danger. It would help the elderly get help earlier when it's less expensive.
