Will the Long Island Serial Killer ever be caught?
I think the answer is in the phone call from Times Square. However busy it is it's not a clever move, I think it's a couple and one of them screwed up that night and was desperate to be seen on Long Island while the 'killer' was taunting her sister from NYC.
