This is just speculation, but a sticker is one thing that could have come loose from being submerged in water. Someone could test that by buying the same sticker, attaching it to glass, and then soaking it in water. Does the adhesive break down in water eventually? Or was it just one of those...
Was she, perhaps, supposed to pick up something in NKC first to bring to DJ, but was delayed by the traffic stop and gas stop? I've never believed that she was ever "lost" or "turned around" at any point.
I'm not sure if texting a friend implies some sort of escalated anxiety, or if Toni was in...
That's just one of many theories that have been and are still being tossed around in this forum because there is no evidence to the contrary yet. I think people are trying to figure out why she was in NKC in the first place, then in that particular park even farther north, then in the water...
I'm struggling to figure out how Liz Anderson went so quickly from this (right as car was being pulled out on March 10):

We just got the news theres a body in her car, Liz Anderson said Friday, sobbing, as she spoke on her cellphone...
This is some of what appeared in the news regarding the license plate (which they refer to as "plateS," even though I think someone confirmed on here that her car was still licensed in Kansas and Kansas only requires one back plate). Basically, this is all some variation on "parents said because...
It seems like Toni's parents only learned about their daughter's involvement in the sex industry (stripper, and potential escort and/or cam girl) after she disappeared. They most likely had just seen all of the images and words on Toni's social media for the first time, and quite possibly saw...
I've always suspected that she had started writing that text when she was pulled over, was interrupted or distracted, and then went back to finish and send it.
I suspect the parks people know more than they are willing to tell callers. One of their properties is the location of a still-active (last I heard, at least) police investigation, and since someone died there, they could be bracing for a potential law suit.
I'm not familiar with the game, and it seems really unlikely that she was playing that night, but one question: The system only records the date/time/location of pokemons someone actually catches and not the ones they ATTEMPT and fail to catch, right? If that is the case, in theory, she could...
We don't know at all if her body experienced much of the current. The water could have just flowed past the open window without disturbing much inside. We'll never know exactly how it was situated.
Water in a river the size of the Missouri moves quickly and changes temperature slowly because of the sheer volume. I would imagine that most of the water flowing through Kansas City in January/February is snow melt from the north upstream. It was indeed a warmer than average winter in the upper...
PS Sr. and others have said that all of her tires were the same. It sounds like she had lost two hubcaps before she disappeared, and that added to the illusion that a tire had been replaced. I guess the tires all look to be full size in the photos and video of the car being towed from the scene...
