Being I am a retired LE officer, I have already commented on WHY LE with holds info at pressers. So I wont continue repeating it.
I am apparently one of the minority, who understand the reasons.
IMO, LE releasing very limited public info, is a positive aspect. This investigation is obviously...
Like I mentioned in my very first posting, it would benefit everyone,
There are known cases, where serial killers have disposed of their victims via this method. A well documented case involved a Canadien serial killer. His victims were usually prostitutes/drug users. Pigs/hogs ARE capable...
One other thing to keep in mind:
There are instances, in which a person claims to have witnessed the incident.
Because they are craving media's/LE
attention; to feel important.
In one case I was involved in,

I am hopeful that tomorrow's press conference, will shed some light on LE's activities. They...
Being that I am a retired LE officer, I know that it is standard procedure, to with hold key, vital information, from public disclosure. This is true in ANY criminal investigation. Why? Because, often times, individuals will FALSELY confess to incidents. LE will know it is a legitimate...
I will check into that program. I have become almost obsessed with this MT case. It is a highly unusual incident, with so many possibilities of what transpired
I would like to convey, that I do have knowledge, of how the investigative process works. While working in the LE field, I was invokved in a murder investigation. The end result was:
the victim's ex-boyfriend, was serving a lengthy prison term. When he learned that she began dating others, he...
I just signed up for this site.
I am a retired police officer, with over 30 years of experience. Like many others, I am intrigued by this particular case. I have read as much as possible, to become as knowledgeable as I can.
I have kept an open mind, and not jumped to conclusions. I would...
