I find it so sad there is so little info and knowledge on this case when it is one of the only unsolved murders that has happened in Davis, CA.... most people here don't even know that it happened (!)

I would really like to know more details about how they corraborated (sp?) Anderson's confession... all I have seemed to find is that they confirmed he was in the E. Bay area at the time of Amber's disappearance.
Any UIDs found in Arizona that might match Amber's description?
One more thought!!! As I understand a lot of teens ran away during the 70's so many weren't reported as missing, just assumed that they would eventually turn up again.... maybe the case with these two.
I was also going to suggest Parnell, having read the mentioned book as well... additionally he obviously had a history of kidnapping children, keeping them for long periods of time, and relocating to a different area with them. Which may be why these two are so difficult to id.
