I think the prosecution withholding evidence was totally WRONG. I was not happy with the prosecution in this case at all.
But, I think Judge Nelson has been fair. She is no nonsense and I like that.
I'm not trying to be difficult and I'm not saying you're incorrect.. but if you have any proof of this (a link, etc) I would love to see/read it. This knowledge.. if true TOTALLY changes every belief I had in our justice system..

It still does NOT negate the fact that according to her testimony.. TM said to GZ "get off, get off" IMO.. TM could have approached GZ to find out why he was following him (totally legal) BUT as soon as one person put their hands on the other.. THAT'S when the confrontation started. IMO.. GZ...

IMHO.. I think that last witness was a tactical maneuver by the defense.. considering her skin color. Was she really necessary? Why was she the LAST witness? I could be wrong.. let me know what you think.
When GZ first saw him looking around and described him as "on drugs" he may have been lost and then got his bearings.. All just my speculation, of course.
