Sorry I didn't make myself clear. I was referring to the perps driving around with face masks prior to SP's abduction. I was trying to figure out how it is that SP didn't see their faces before they took her. One person said that they sneaked up behind her, but wouldn't she have heard the car...

I know others have suggested that perhaps SP is not giving more details out of fear for herself and her family. This doesn't seem likely to me because I'd think she'd want the perps brought to justice so that they can pay for what they did to her and so that she doesn't have to go on living in...

Maybe someone could help me figure this out. I keep wondering why we are being told that SP gave so few details about perps, reason for abduction etc. I have come up with a few possible reasons: 1. She gave many more details and those haven't been released to the public for various reasons...

Who says the perps knew SP didn't understand Spanish?

I've thought of that. But wouldn't it be risky to drive around with face masks on? If you're going to say that they put the masks on when they stopped the car, wouldn't SP have heard the car coming? Maybe not...

I also wonder if SP was able to give more of a description of her captors, but LE has chosen not to release that info because this might tip them off, or for some other unknown reason. For instance, let's assume she was never able to see their faces in full, how about some kind of a height...

I know, I too can't explain how it is that SP is unable to describe the perps. The only theory I have come up with is that she was drugged. I'm not sure if this makes sense, but if it doesn't then it fits in with the few details that we have been told already .:thinking:

Although I'm leaning toward the ST theory, one puzzle piece that doesn't fit is the lack of LE coming out stronger and informing women to be careful when alone. This makes me wonder if it was more personal. My mind changes with the wind on this case because it is so inconsistent with any one...

I think SP may have lowered herself to the ground and placed the headphones on top of the phone so as to buy time. It certainly would have been quicker to just drop them.

IIRC, the entire family was not at the hospital. SP wasn't reunited with her children until a few days later, I THINK.

I don't think the purpose of her abduction was to send a message. Could it be that SP's captors got so angry about the media coverage or something else, that they then decided to brand a message onto her body? Or the message had to do with sex trafficking. JMO

I'm not sure what you're saying?? Whose life insurance policy are you referring to?

Not sure what is meant by, " a score that SP and KP weren't aware of." Possibly a score with a family member?

I'm can't remember where the revelation came from; but I remember reading that supposedly that sighting was unrelated.

I know that some of us have questioned why photos of the kids were released before, during and after SP's abduction. It just dawned on me that perhaps these photos were released when she was being held as an appeal to the abductors to let her go. I'm not concluding that this is the reason she...

Now don't y'all come after me with hammers; but I still think SP was taken for sex trafficking. I know she doesn't fit the "typical" mold of a sex trafficker due to her age, but I do think she could look much younger at first sight.:scared:

While I don't think settling a score was the motive here, do you think we'd be told if it were? The public is being apprised of so few clues, that I think LE would keep this info private as well.

Something about the way SB referred to SP's injuries has always puzzled me. It seems that he minimized the extent of her injuries by comparing them to a sprained ankle. Did anyone else conclude this?
