Found Deceased NY - Joseph Comunale, 26, Manhattan, 12 Nov 2016 #2 *Arrests*

I don't know. I guess I'm considering a protective parent's irrational perspective? I wish we knew how they knew that, though. These gaps in the timeline, inconsistencies and the anticipation in finding out what happens next is kind of frustrating. Hopefully Joeys family has more information...

Found Deceased NY - Joseph Comunale, 26, Manhattan, 12 Nov 2016 #2 *Arrests*

Hmmm I don't know. It's very possible. I mean on the one hand it completely shocks me that he gave his phone to his friend. That's extreme. Leading me to think his parents were really watching him because he had a huge problem with drug abuse. Therefore leading to his disappearance being...

Found Deceased NY - Joseph Comunale, 26, Manhattan, 12 Nov 2016 #2 *Arrests*

You're right, for our demographic (and I'm not too much older than Joey was), the police wouldn't be called just yet. But if we consider the following then it makes sense: 1. Joey hands his phone to his friend because he doesn't want to be tracked back to JRs apartment knowing there will be...

Found Deceased NY - Joseph Comunale, 26, Manhattan, 12 Nov 2016 #2 *Arrests*

I think it's important to note that Joey's uncle is a detective in Westchester (Bedford, according to the article). That was why his case was escalated. That could be why he left his phone with his friend (to avoid being traced back to that apartment since they were engaging in illegal...

That method is usually how suspects' DNA is gathered. But as far as this being the first time he's agreed, I'm not sure either. I wonder what the story behind that was? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

http://www.nydailynews.com/new-york/nyc-crime/prosecutors-murder-charges-comunale-kill-coming-2-months-article-1.2991292 Pappa's statements insisting "nothing changed" throughout the 40 hours LD was interrogated continue to amaze/make me angry. I can't get over the fact that his description...

How do you know that? The woman and I have two mutual friends on FB so I tried to look through her profile. She's a big fitness buff and so that's where the acquaintance part could make sense, as in they met through this hobby. But I'm not ruling anything out, I wouldn't be surprised if JR...

Hi Qatsi, I won't pry into your connection with the case (as in, you being there in court) but I hope you'll continue to provide us with updates of facts along the way. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Found Deceased NY - Joseph Comunale, 26, Manhattan, 12 Nov 2016 #2 *Arrests*

Oh ok that makes sense of course. But I interpreted the article as though they were referencing a motion Pappa had filed recently. Plus, anything originally made public would have been cited in MSM and the details he describes were definitely never mentioned before... he mentions things like...

I thought all court documents were still kept under lock and key... how is Pappa's motion being referenced then? This doesn't make any sense.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Ditto. I definitely need a cliffs notes version here too. I'm confused, especially because earlier we all looked at the complaint filed by Gemma's attorney where it describes LDs confession. I'm curious to know how that description ties into this information here... Sent from my iPhone using...

Found Deceased NY - Joseph Comunale, 26, Manhattan, 12 Nov 2016 #2 *Arrests*

City is looking pretty snowy! Working from home today and my apartment faces 8th Ave and for hours I've been witnessing plows for the side walks. We're expected to get 5-8 inches here, which was questionable considering snow here in the city usually stops and melts and/or turns to ugly slush...

Thank you... this was exactly what I was looking for. Just some kind of legitimate definition/description that could be referenced to further support facts Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Found Deceased NY - Joseph Comunale, 26, Manhattan, 12 Nov 2016 #2 *Arrests*

I think what's throwing me off a little is that generally protective orders are filed against actually people... like a restraining order. The article says the order was filed by the State on behalf of court documents... I tried doing some research and I can't seem to find anything about filing...

Anyone with any ideas why the prosecutor would file this order? I mean it makes sense while they build their case but I would think the defense would be more likely to want to keep incriminating details hush hush? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

However... I'm hoping LDs statement saying "I want to tell what happened (to the DA)" may be what proves his statements weren't exactly coerced out of him.. but yes, the tapes need to confirm that he did in fact that say Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Thank you for that! In my opinion LDs defense is going to try to prove his comments inadmissible because... let's face it, when you have a client who leads LE to where he buried the body, the chances of winning that case doesn't look very good. It makes me nauseous to think that LDs comments...
