Juan only gets 10 strikes. He probably used them all on other people and had none left for her. He may not have even thought she was deserving of a strike.

It's amazing. The first vote would have been 12-0 and they'd have little to deliberate.

I think the judge was worried they only wanted her off because she did not agree with them which was not the case. She would not deliberate, she would not try, she would not listen or open herself up and then judged them for seeking revenge with a death vote.

My favorite. The bad Mormon and *advertiser censored* stuff played no part and they were mad about the T-Dogg stuff. Juror #4 caught her in a lie and it caused him to really doubt anything she said from there on out. She expressed no remorse.

Agree. He gets SO much flack and the questions about him were even presented in a way to get them to admit they didn't like him. This jury fully got it. They were ANGRY about the victim bashing. Jodi should have death right now. Every single person save for one got it. And the one made it on.

And the sad thing is there is no recourse for the state or the family and they wouln't want to go through this again.

I think the jury should have done a better job expressing to the judge that she refused to deliberate.

Juan did such a good job. He cannot in any be blamed for this. They liked him, looked forward to him and felt he really drove it home.

So angry. The 11 jurors are pissed. They say she refused to deliberate, would not give any reasons for why she thought Jodi deserved life. Talked about the Lifetime movie in deliberations. They feel she had an agenda going in. They asked point blank if she actually believed in the death...

I'm aware. But everyone is always complaining about how much the state is spending to retry her too. All the money went toward her defense.

@TrialDiariesJ: $132,787 is what Bill Montgomery says the State paid for the whole #jodiarias trial #3tvarias They didn't exactly break the bank there, taxpayers.

VERDICT WATCH - Sentencing of Jodi Arias - Retrial Day 45

When they have no way out or feel they do or in a heat of passion. Jodi moved to CA and was living there at the time and planned his murder.

VERDICT WATCH - Sentencing of Jodi Arias - Retrial Day 45

Based on the jury questions, I think this juror really thought Jodi was abused.

No I think it's the one we all thought, the trauma nurse and the one who I think cried during Nurmi's closing. 11-1. It was 11-1. I cannot even.

VERDICT WATCH - Sentencing of Jodi Arias - Retrial Day 45

I was sure there was a pro defense juror asking questions and I just knew they'd make it on and hang it all. That's always how it goes.
