Everyone seems to believe that JM hasn't known about this but after watching him work on JA I believe he purposely withheld this piece of information until his rebuttal. He doesn't ask anything that he doesn't have information/documents to back his questions up.

Your questions and difficulty of making sense of the scenario Jodi has given is bc what she has claimed thus far does not make sense and could not have happened. I'm surprised that we haven't seen any changes in the courtroom after all of this such as security being present, folders,pencils and blank paper removed from Jodi's reach or a change in this mitigation rep. demeanor/attire/placement in the courtroom. Wonder if Sheriff would mind packing...

The problem is that didn't appear to bother either JW or Nurmi. From what I have observed both of them have been very aware of RS's unethical behavior and boundaries including reports and evaluations so egregious that if it wasn't for the seriousness of a death penalty trial I would think...
