Most small businesses would not be able to afford to pay their employees for extended jury duty. I don't think they should pay if it means their business will go under. I work for a small company and I have never checked but I would guess that they would pay no more than a couple of days, if that.
I could not because I am home during the day with my children plus I work evenings and my pay is what pays the taxes on our home. It is a small company and they wouldn't pay for jury duty. I also couldn't because of reading so much about this case and seeing so many of the document dumps...
Casey rejected Cindy's request for a visit. Video of Cindy leaving the jailhouse at link. Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere.

I read either in a previous post in this thread or one of the linked articles that it is believed this note was written by the victim who's pocket it was in but dictated by the killer.
I just watched this disappeared episode that I had DVR'd. I don't recall ever hearing about this case before despite it being fairly local to me. We share tv/news stations with that area and I do a lot of my shopping in Dartmouth as they have all the big box stores and a mall and it's only 25...
I am happy with their punishment. This happens way too often and while I feel for the parents as it is often a horrible mistake and I know they will be punished for the rest of their lives, SOMETHING needs to be done! My BIL is an engineer and works for a company that invents and develops...
Is the chat working? I haven't been able to connect to the chat server the last few days. It keeps saying connecting then that there was an error connecting.
I read in one article that he forced her into the car. I will see if I can find it.

I don't believe he has any surviving relatives. I read somewhere that his parents are dead and he did not have any siblings. I will see if I can find a link.
I can't find where I read that his parents had died but I found this RI cemetery listing with a Franklin E Woodmansee born in 1922 and...
I am pretty sure that this is exactly how Mr. Foreman feels. He would be more than happy to spend the rest of his life in prison to save another child and their family from the horror he has had to live through.
I have to agree though, that I think Mr. Foreman is probably announcing his...
This is in my backyard. I have written a letter to the attorney general. I don't know if it will help. There is going to be a peaceful protest on the lawn of the statehouse next week. Supposedly there is a way they can keep him locked up, he is going to have a psych eval to make sure he is not a...
I don't believe the hair of the topless blonde is shorter than the blonde in the chair. It's just resting on her shoulder on her left side. You can see on the right side that it is longer.
I don't know, I feel like if I were in that situation I might be thinking of every possibility I could think of to get the police to investigate every avenue.
If you look at the full picture, the location of this discoloring is too low to be where a person would be strangled. Or, did you have something else in mind about the dark ring under the necklace?
