I am intrigued by this case. I live in Philadelphia and I haven't been able to find any news articles about it. Why do the police suspect foul play? This girl is only four days older than me.

A criminal complaint was filed Wednesday morning against Biela. The complaint said that Biela was a pipe fitter working on construction products at the University of Nevada, Reno at the time of Denison's disappearance on January 20, according to Washoe County Sheriff's Spokeswoman Brooke Keast.
