I agree about the spring melt and thin ice issues.....TOTALLY. I volunteer with a Lost Dog Recovery group here in Maine and we deal with exactly the same issues. My heart is broken for this family and community. I wish I could turn back the clock for them.

I'm still not convinced DeOrr was ever even on this camping trip.

What exactly does this even mean? They couldn't even pass the simple will you be telling the truth today question. Does it mean they were asked "Will you be telling the truth today?" and they answer "no" or "maybe" (NOT Yes?).
