She's spent an average of $100 a week on commissary. Makes me wonder just how much money her fans are funneling to her.

I was just in the JAII site. There was a long scathing article “Corruption, State Sponsored Murder & Twelve Angry Men”. At the end of the article it said they have a real special wish for Chris H and as for you Alexanders (CLICK HERE). When I clicked on it, it jump to another...

Just trying to catch up on the thread and had to make a comment. Per the document “On March 4, 2015, the State filed, under seal, a Motion for Reconsideration of State’s Request to Strike Juror Number 17 with attachments. Please note the word “Reconsideration” - this implies that Juan previously...

Thanks for the post. The commissary list is much more extensive than I thought. Even if she’s at Level 5, she’ll still have access to a lot of items. Since she must buy all paper products from the commissary, I was particularly interested in finding out what was available so I looked it up. I...

Given what a great prosecutor Juan is, I find it hard to believe that he wouldn’t have challenged her being on the jury. Sadly, we may never know the truth. Top secret you know!!

I want the answers to that too. I’m not an attorney but based on what I found, I think challenges for cause are granted or denied by the judge. CHALLENGE FOR CAUSE a request that a prospective juror be dismissed because there is a specific and forceful reason to believe the person cannot...

And how do we know for sure that Aunt Sue isn't taking a monthly trustee fee.

Are indigent defendants allow to have trust funds? Never mind saw the answer above. Another question - donations are gifts but the sale of her art is not a gift, it's a business transaction. Can the income from these sales be considered?

The difference is the 11 jurors looked at all the evidence and the indisputable facts to reach their conclusion. To the contrary, juror #17 decision was based on a Lifetime movie and Jodi’s self serving journal. Juror #17 refused to review all the other evidence (wouldn’t even look at the...

Thanks LinTX. Unfortunately, it’s not as restrictive as I had hoped and I think she’ll adapt quite well.

Based on what I read, Jodie will spend her initial months in 23 hour lockdown which could last anywhere from 2 - 6 months. After that she will be assigned phase 1, 2 or 3. I have not being able to find out much about the phases, except that phases 3 inmates are allowed unlimited phone calls per...

I don't know if it was investigated. Perhaps it was Troy H. that first mentioned it. I did read the comment on JAII site.

Just a guess but I think it has to do with her ex-cellmate.

Should be easy to verify. Some claimed to have checked Arizona's Public Records under Marriages under the writer's name and Juror #17 1st husbands name was listed.

Wouldn't that depend on what was the problem? Other State courts have successfully removed deliberating jurors. If deliberating jurors can never replaced, what is the purpose of having alternates?

BBM ... the time to speak was in deliberations. She chose not to so I don't give a d*** what she has to say now. Besides, the factual info uncovered about her tells me all I need to know.
