Its very troubling to me that Jennifer Ford said we dont know how she was killed.paraphrasing...." How can you convict someone if you dont know what they did. If you had anyone in America or even the 12 jurors write down on a piece of paper how she died, they couldnt do it, because we dont know...

I agree, he would have know exactly how to use the evidence, or lack thereof, and he would have known exactly what the SA had to prove and didnt have to prove. He probably knows how to read people very well also(witnesses, etc) I really dont think the jurors understood their job. :maddening:

I wonder how Geraldo would respond to Cindy's myspace post? If a mother is so "distorted by years of abuse" that she could party after her child is dead, then how would she have the skills to be a good mother in the first place?

It seems like good things happen to bad people and bad things happen to good people. Its the broken world we live in. It wasnt suppose to be that way. One day it will return to how God wanted it to be. Those that do bad and dont repent may have a good life here on earth, but it will cost them...

If george was in on trying to get his daughter found not guilty, then why the 1+1 comment on the stand? Why the blank left by casey's name on the suicide note, when he had addressed everyone else?

Not that it really matters in the scheme of things, but can any thing criminal happen to the jurors if it is proven they disregarded the judges instructions and talk about the case among themselves?

do the alternate jurors listen in on the deliberations while the other 12 are discussing? Just in case one of the main jurors is dismissed? Or can a juror even be sent home after they start deliberating? If they do not listen in, and I have no idea if they do or not, something fishy is going...

I'm so glad at least one of the jurors (albeit an alternate) spoke out to give us some kind of insite (at least at this point) to, IMO, this outrageous miscarriage of justice. But that doesnt mean that I understand! I can slightly understand how George could have thrown them for a loop, but...

I heard them say the attorney said, while they may never know what happened to Caylee, they will work on getting their life back together and they have closure and think it was a fair decision. What a joke!

After she says that, her attorney looks at her, and she gives her a look like, I am sorry you're in pain. And it looks like casey starts to tear up. So surely she knew what LDB was referring to. That witness was one of the last that went on, and that story was one to remember, IMHO anyway.
