George Zimmerman /Trayvon Martin General Discussion #14 Friday July 12

There were four minutes in between where we dont know exactly what happened. Maybe TM came back to start an altercation with GZ, maybe GZ continue walking. The burden was on the State to prove it, and they did not. The duty of the jury is to reach a verdict beyond a reasonable doubt. There is...

George Zimmerman /Trayvon Martin General Discussion #14 Friday July 12

Ugghh. Yeah, I love it when people say GZ intigated it. Where exactly did the state prove this?? Again and again, following someone is not against the law. AND, the state never proved that GZ continued following TM after the dispatcher told him he didnt need to do that.

Verdict is in! GUILTY of MURDER ONE - Hung Jury On Penalty Phase #2

One of the things that is bothering me about how this "foreman" is speaking out is that he is including the whole jury in his statements. a view from the inside: observations from our own court observers #9

I was a jury member for a rape case a couple of years ago. I thought it was a slam dunk for the prosecution during the trial, and thought that the rest of the jurors were right with me (of course, we couldn’t talk about it until deliberations). Well, we get to the deliberation room, and lo...

Hi everyone, Although I have been glued to websleuths throughout this trial reading your wonderful comments and observations, I only signed up today and this is my first post. I just wanted to say that I am so glad there is a place like this where everyone can come in and respectfully comment...
