I am not sure, I will ask him. Can someone clue me in on how CODIS works? Since the DNA has been run through and there was no match, does it stay there waiting for a match, or do you have to physically run it again every so often to see if it flags something?

Generally, carnivals and fairs are held here in the summer. Because Kenny Joe died in October, I would assume it was unlikely, but not impossible.
