    Bosma Murder Trial 05.25.16 - Day 55

Just wondering, how will additional evidence be released? Via the media or here?

    Bosma Murder Trial 05.12.16 - Day 48

I know these paths and they are identifiable by street. I don't believe that he doesn't know where he buried it - the general area. Why does he not want the gun to be found.?

Bosma Murder Trial 05.11.16 - Day 47 - Smich Defence commences

IMO at 0:23 I see a faint light in what appears to be the cab of the first vehicle. Could this be the moment the gun goes off. You have to really look, but there is an orange flare there. I know little about guns - perhaps they don't flash when fired. But, IMO, when this orange flash occurs, the...

Bosma Murder Trial 05.11.16 - Day 47 - Smich Defence commences

I find it very interesting that while in jail, DM was scheming and manipulating, while MS was completing high school. Points to character IMO

That right there should be enough to have her declared a hostile witness

    Bosma Murder Trial 04.21.16 - Day 38

This breaks my heart into a million pieces. Strangely, somehow, I had held on to the hope that it was in fact a robbery gone wrong and that one of them reacted by pulling a gun and then the trigger. I am not a legal expert in any way but to me this indicates premeditation.

    Bosma Murder Trial 04.21.16 - Day 38

Good catch! Remember his text "become the Lord"...Lord of darkness etc. I have no doubt in my mind that DM was grooming MS to do his criminal bidding.

    Bosma Murder Trial 04.21.16 - Day 38

I honestly believe she means that MS was infatuated with DM, worshipped him. This again speaks to the controlling nature of DM.

    Bosma Murder Trial 04.14.16 - Day 35

Sounds like DM was trying to implicate anyone but himself!

hmm Is there some information that MS neglected to tell his lawyer?

    Bosma Murder Trial 04.12.16 - Day 33

To me this statement is another indication of his arrogance and his need to keep his friends feeling inferior. Talking about earning $100,000.00/mo lets his friends know they are not in the same playing field as him. Logic being they therefore feel fortunate to be in his presence. Manipulation...

    Bosma Murder Trial 04.07.16 - Day 32

I find many of their comments to be inappropriate and Im shocked that it is tolerated in court.

    Bosma Murder Trial 04.07.16 - Day 32

I do not believe the smell was caused by marijuana. I understand it has a distinctive smell however would it smell so strong if it was fresh?Isnt the smell a byproduct of burning it? My point is that sadly, gruesomely, I believed they smelled the fumes from the incinerator - i.e. dust on gloves etc.

    Bosma Murder Trial 04.04.16 - Day 29

NOW he is his friend. Before DM was "just" his boss. Yet he doesn't question a newly stripped vehicle on the premises because he 'believes him'. Nope, no personal relationship there. IMO MOO

    Bosma Murder Trial 03.30.16 - Day 27

"the Gringo way"????? Isn't that a term supposedly used by Mexicans?? Is Sachak implying that because Villada is Columbian he is therefore "Mexican"??? How is this lowlife allowed to practice in a Canadian court of law? Sorry for the over the top reaction but I feel this is racial profiling...

    Bosma Murder Trial 03.10.16 - Day 23

The language of the D has left me deeply disturbed. How is he allowed to speak like this in a court of law? What if he had invoked another religious figure, would that be just as tolerable? I thought that the courtroom was one of the last places of decorum. Clearly I am mistaken. MOO
