You have to wonder when and where he sustained these injuries. The picture of him at his sisters wedding (this past saturday) show's no signs of a black eye or "scratch" on his face. Something happened to him in the 3 days leading to his arrest. Here is the pic...

Like I said in an earlier post, he probably ditched a cell phone in the trails somewhere. They were searching after he was picked up, IMO, they probably didn't find a cell phone on him and went back to search for it. Just a thought.

IMO, they may be looking for a cell phone...something he probably didn't have on him when they arrested him. Probably saw the cops coming and ditched it before arrested him. Just a thought...
