    Suspect #2: Mark Smich *Charged* 1st Deg Murder 22 May 2013 #2

Graffiti artists are usually known for their particular style. Given that MS was caught with paint on his hands a bit of back tracking would be easy to prove what he was painting that particular night. If it happened to be say10 then there's the proof. If not, his style and choice of paint...

Coming down through Twitter - no new details released on TB case, DM and MS to reappear August 1 when disclosure will be given. MS will appear via video. It appears some disclosure was given to DM's lawyer today but no details being talked about.

    Suspect #3: True or False

I doubt having security cameras is common for rural properties. While some may have them, the majority do not much the same as security systems or even watch dogs. That observation applies to both urban and rural properties, IMO. Our experience was when we lived in a rural area, we felt no...

    General Discussion and Theories

The article has obviously be edited from the original to remove "something strange", "Russian" and any comments of accent. MSM seems to be doing a lot of detail removal in this case :banghead:

I'm curious about the confinement issue. According to SB, TB willingly got into the truck with the other two men for the test drive. DM apparently had TB's permission to drive during the test drive. At what point would LE consider TB to be confined? Let's say DM was driving, TB in the...

Electrical power could be supplied via generator or inverter in running vehicle. At this point though there has been no indication the incinerator was used to burn the body. Rather folks are putting 1 + 1 together and coming up with 3. LE indicated there were two burn marks on the ground...

Perhaps using a prepaid credit card (Visa gift card)? No ID is required and the person using it doesn't have to register it but it is as good as cash.

I did a quick measurement, and according to the loading door size, I would fit but I'm smaller than TB. From the site supernovamfg.com/250.html the chamber capacity is only 12 cubic feet which works out to about 2' x 2' x 3'. The loading door if at the end would work for burning a smaller body...

The sad thing is LB is an adult who according to LE was involved in a risky lifestyle which doesn't appear to have been known to LE until recently. LE were not concerned about finding her until DM was arrested and the cell phone connection revisited. It's been almost a year since she was last...

CBSA would only know if LB tried to re-enter Canada. Those leaving Canada are not normally checked by CBSA; they are checked by the United States Border Patrol (USBP). To enter the US legally you need a valid passport, enhanced driver's license, I-68, or Nexas. USBP will run your document...

Shopping cart wheels can barely make it around the grocery store on smooth floors and would definitely be useless with any kind of weight on soil or grass. The hanger to move engines and other heavy parts which would have been more useful at moving a body than a shopping cart :moo:

I read through that website and the person posted indicated a particular club. There were similarities between the recently released photo of LB and two girls on the site with one of them a stronger possibility from a layperson's eyes. This information may or may not have been a troll, it may...

This is likely why location services can be toggled on or off on a per app basis. As for Rogers...we have had cell phone coverage with them since 1990 and continue to use them so have had amble opportunity to deal with themWe have not found your description of them to be the case although...

[/B] If I was MS, I would start talking. DM's lawyer hinted at bail. If DM is out on bail, with a lot more freedoms and luxuries than he has in jail, it may be just the thing to get MS talking assuming MS would prefer monitored freedom as well.

It's been awhile since I set up the iPad but I believe the default for location services is off. It is turned on, on a per app need when prompted. At that time you can turn it on or leave it off but if off the app can't use your location. The default for Find My iPad in iCloud is off. It's...

You can turn both on and off any time you want just in case you don't enable it when setting up the device. You can turn on location services on or off under settings>privacy. It would need to be on for the stand alone app Find My iPad. You can turn the built in Find My iPad on or off...

It sounds like he didn't know how to use iCloud which comes on all iPads and doesn't require locator service normally turned off by default to be turned on. Turning the locator service on can be done via accessing iCloud using another device. So what he would do is log onto his iCloud account...

Find My iPhone is an add on app but iCloud comes installed on iPads and location services as well so he could have used either of those. Location services is part of the OS for location dependent apps on the device. It can be turned off under settings>privacy. There are several sites...

Well, he did say something about asking LE to investigate but no mention if he tried. He could have used Find My iPhone (neat program that locates device and can disable it using another iOS device), iCloud or location services. But if he had the iPad to give to LE for them to investigate...

Somewhere I saw reference to Rogers with respect to SL and LB. If so, Rogers has/had a $5 per month add on data plan for iPads if you have an iPhone with them. I only know this because we were looking at adding that plan last year.
