PA - Ellen Greenberg, 27, Philly teacher’s brutal stabbing, ruled suicide but possible homicide, Jan 2011

I just have to say that in the annals of true crime 911 calls, Sam's call has to be the phoniest one I have ever heard. Very obvious the dude is acting; but the problem is he has zero acting ability.

Who still thinks it was a murder?

I definitely do. Fact is she was in that water long enough to destroy tons of evidence. I don't by she wandered to the roof alone and happened to find the opening to this water tank and hop in. Easier for LE to dismiss it as foul play than to have to investigate a murder in this case.

    ID - 4 University of Idaho Students Murdered - Moscow # 29

To be fair, we don't know how many attackers there were at this point.

VA - Johnny Cashman Jr., 38, death investigation, Lynchburg, Apr 2022

Going West Podcast just covered this case. I legit cannot see how ANYONE can listen to the audio and think that Johnny was not murdered. He literally hear the entire attack/confrontation.

CANADA Canada - Lindsay Buziak, 24, Victoria, BC, 2 Feb 2008

That seems highly unlikely considering the burner phone was purchased several months before the murder---- was the house even completed or up for sale at the time the phone was purchased? Second, if the murder was about that particular house, it seems the killer would have contacted the...

TX - Elizabeth Barraza, 29, murdered setting up garage sale, Harris County, Jan 2019 #2

I'm assuming this wouldn't be the first garage sale the neighborhood ever had. And executing someone in their driveway seems like a very extreme reaction to not wanting a garage sale. That and the fact that apparently nobody in the neighborhood recognized the vehicle and it was seen casing...

TX - Elizabeth Barraza, 29, murdered setting up garage sale, Harris County, Jan 2019 #2

I still see people saying that this was probably just a robbery gone bad. I'm sorry, but that makes zero sense. There are literally HUNDREDS of other place an armed robber who can so easily escalate to murder, including a final kill shot to the head, could rob rather than a neighborhood...

Deaths of Male College Students-General Discussion #6

I saw a theory awhile ago that these guys were being drowned before being put in these bodies of water. The theory went that they were they being drowned in bathtubs. If the killer put the person in a full bathtub and then grabbed the victims' feet and pulled them under, there would be no...

    What Is Your Theory?

Except many of them weren't drunk.

CA - Rebecca Zahau Wrongful Death Revisited 2019

Definitely murder. The idea that this was a suicide is ludicrous. One thing that I alway found interesting is that on the 911 call Adam makes, his first words are along the lines of "I have a girl here....she hung herself." Considering the way she was found...hands and feet bound...

    VA VA - Katelin Akens, 19, Springfield, 5 Dec 2015 #3

Hmmmmmm. I am not sure how the stepfather is NOT the primary suspect? Last person to see her No video of him dropping her off at mall like he said Her suitcase found very close to his residence Her phone pings were close to his residence I tend to think something happened between...

UK UK - Andrew Gosden, 14, Doncaster, South Yorks, 14 Sept 2007

I tend to believe that the reason he did not buy a return ticket is because whoever he went there to meet promised him a way back home.

The clip is played at the end of the UnFound podcast episode about his disappearance. He sounds very confident.

    OH OH - Brian Shaffer, 27, Columbus, 1 April 2006 - #2

I just don't see someone who was planning on vanishing voluntarily deciding to do so after a long night out drinking with friends.

Look up HORRIFIC murders of Jennifer Ertman and Elizabeth Pena that happened in Houston, TX in 1993. That's pretty much what happened....one of the girls actually GOT AWAY from her their murders, but went back to the scene when she heard her friend crying for help. Sadly, they were both...

    NE NE - Jason Jolkowski, 19, Omaha, 13 June 2001 - #2

Honestly, I do not see either scenario as likely. In scenario A, I feel as if the body would have been located by now--I just don't see a person just involved in an accident like that taking the time to conceal a body that well. However, it is definitely better than scenario B, as this...

Found Deceased NY - Joseph Comunale, 26, Manhattan, 12 Nov 2016 #1 *Arrests*

What an awful case. JC was a very handsome guy. Had his whole life ahead of him, but trusted the wrong people. And if the report that he was killed for resisting sexual advances are true, that is even more chilling.

MN MN - Brandon Swanson, 19, Marshall, 14 May 2008

I don 't buy that someone hit him and then decided to dispose of the body. That rarely, if ever, actually happens. In most cases, the driver panics and takes off. Most are not going to stop, pick the body up, put it in their vehicle, and take the time and be in the frame of mind to hide...

DC DC - Robert Wone, 32, Washington DC, 2 Aug 2006

One of those cases that seems like a no brainer in terms of who did it, but there just isn't the "evidence" to charge them. I am pretty confident all three of the other guys in that house were responsible and/or know exactly what happened.
