She's officially been charged with something Willow-related.... http://www.effinghamradio.com/pages/17930280.php?contentType=4&contentId=14325902

I could be wrong, but I BELIEVE there was only one traffic accident, on October 14th. Judici only shows one traffic incident, and I think if she were in two accidents, there would be two. Again, this is only my opinion, but I think the drug charges were just ADDED on the 22nd, but occurred at...

WA WA - Richard 'Cody' Haynes, 11, Kittitas, 12 Sept 2004

I just happened on a picture of Cody on FB and spent the last hour or so reading this thread and the articles involved. I hope the future searches/investigation can help bring answers for Cody and his family. I'll be watching this thread in the future, hoping.

I haven't said it before, so thank you so much for putting together the case archive. You've done so much work on it, and we all really appreciate it!

Here's Willow beside my picture of a rainbow behind the willow at my Mom's house. It's not the healthiest Weeping Willow, but I still love the picture! image hosting 15mb

This is JD's pretrial hearing. Someone else can hopefully explain what that is because I'm too lazy to google on my phone.

Thanks! I was reading the same article, but I'm a little confused because it says he was indicted and then it goes on to say: I feel like the article was updated, but they forgot to update the whole thing. I'm not sure, though.

They lived in the home of JD and CD's PARENTS. I believe the "grandson" thing was a typo.

Found Alive GA - Ayvani Perez, 14, Ellenwood, 17 Sept 2013

I completely understand your point, but if I were ever in a situation similar to this, I can almost guarantee that someone would get my dog to the vet. I would be a screaming, blubbering mess making no sense at all, demanding that someone find my baby and in the same breath insisting that...

Does anyone know at what point JD's attorney can/should request a change of venue? I'm on jury duty this week, and I can't watch/read any local news in case I see/hear something that could cloud my judgement. (I'm not in Effingham County, so I decided I can still check on Willow via WS since...

Does it really work like this? Are we really in time out? If so, this is the best forum ever. (I have nothing to add to the discussion. I'm camping with my kids and haven't caught up. Now everyone else is sleeping and I came back to a timeout!)

I respectfully disagree. I personally, highly doubt it is based purely on my opinion that the reporter has more tact than that, and grandma probably wouldn't want it in the background, either, if it were that same brush pile. Also, maybe I've just watched too much CSI, but if the brush pile...

This case was from a couple years ago. Not that it makes it any less heartbreaking, and I'm not sure what ever came of it, but it's from 2011.

I was a bit unsure about this, too. I'd think it would be too soon to turn the house over, but I got the impression from Grandma that maybe she was still living there... The comments about people driving by, staring, as well as how they had picked up the memorial to take the toys "inside." Maybe...

Rainbow This isn't really connected to the case in any way, but I thought some of you might appreciate it. This picture was taken at my mom's house a couple months ago. (My mom and I both live about an hour from Watson.) It's been the wallpaper on my phone since then, and I just looked at...

Willow's poor grandparents. That interview was among the most heartbreaking things I've ever seen. I was holding it together until, "She loved pancakes with cool whip on it." I just want to go hug her. :( I don't know how some of you are able to look at case after case like this. It's...

Just sharing a little update on the "third crime scene." I know I shared this article before, but it's been updated to more than two sentences, making it a little clearer. (Still no third crime scene)...

I like your theory except I think the probable cause statement did note the COD as a sliced artery near her clavicle, though. I hate trying to look things up while on my phone so please let me know if I'm wrong.
