Found Deceased CA - Ian Powers, 32, Levi's Stadium, 49ers game, Santa Clara, 12 Nov 2018

Very possible. We would need to know a little more about his lifestyle to know if this is a possibility. If I were an investigator, I would be asking the girlfriend (or is it wife?) a lot of things. Hope he is found. As a guy, if I messed up and got too intoxicated, I would at least call...

Found Deceased CA - Ian Powers, 32, Levi's Stadium, 49ers game, Santa Clara, 12 Nov 2018

Saw this on the national news tonight. Totally odd. I'm a guy that can drink quite a bit without showing how I am feeling. I wonder if he was pretty intoxicated and wandered off in a bit of a stupor. From there, anything could happen. Have they checked if he caught an uber? Checked with...

Found Deceased IA - Mollie Tibbetts, 20, Poweshiek County, 19 Jul 2018 #9

Although extremely early to make any comparisons, this reminds me of the Jennifer Kesse case in Florida. Young female living alone, disappears at some unknown point (presumable at night, early morning), and there is no evidence inside the dwelling of a struggle. It is really frustrating and...

    FL - Jennifer Kesse, 24, Orlando, 24 Jan 2006 - #12

Can anyone comment further about the possible DNA evidence found in her car? There have been multiple stories in the news lately on how evidence saved from old crime scenes is being linked to these ancestry and DNA mapping sites. Relatives with similar DNA maps are found, and then new suspects...

    FL - Jennifer Kesse, 24, Orlando, 24 Jan 2006 - #11

I have no theories on how she disappeared, but I always struggle with theories about bodies being in foundations/walls/etc. It takes a huge crew to pour a concrete foundation, so a single person trying to dispose of a body would be seen by everyone on the job site. Same with building walls...

    FL FL - Austin Stephanos & Perry Cohen, both 14, Jupiter, 24 July 2015 - #1

A life jacket in the water will become water logged after a few days and may not even float after this period of time. I have my doubts about the boys even wearing life jackets, and if they even had extras on the boat. I was born and raised in the Jupiter area, been boating and fishing my...

    NV NV - Steven T. Koecher, 30, Henderson, 13 Dec 2009 - #21

I'm new to reading through this case, and I am sure the questions were answered along the way, but: - Have the surrounding homes in the neighborhood been searched? Door to door questioning? Dog scent? - Who lives in the surrounding homes? Questionable background on any of the home owners...

Theories #1: What Happened to Jennifer Kesse?

I don't believe she is "in the apartments". She is not in the walls, or in the concrete, and probably not in the debris dumpster. That would be too likely to get caught disposing of a body. Pouring concrete requires lots of people, from a mixer driver, to a pump guy, to finishing crew, etc...
