I live not far from PTL and I visit there often - I took the pictures posted above last Sunday. I will probably be there again this Sunday. I have combed PTL with my metal detector at least three times. I have been in the marshy water searching near where Heather was parked. A guy stopped in...
Hoppy - not trying to feed your demons but I run different PTL scenarios through my feeble brain all the time. It's like and old newsreel or PS shortie. Anyway, I am thinking Heather had never been in SM's (new) truck since they (ahem) broke up in October and the M's got the new truck in...
I want to mention that each side has Evidence that we don't know about yet. I expect that a lot more Evidence will come out during discovery - that we will won't know about until trial. So I think it's healthy to have discussions based on the evidence we have right now and for each of us to...
Under normal circumstances, I would agree that a person deserves a "dignified farewell". But, this case is different and honestly, Buddy has been on my list of bad actors since the beginning - IMHO.
If, when the truth is learned, he did not harm Heather, I will offer tobacco for his soul to...
I'm just going to throw this out there and see what happens:
I used the formula: Time = Distance/Speed.
Suspect Vehicle (F150) leaves M Compound at 3:29 - is spotted by #1 camera at 3:36 1.7 mi from Compound (Known fact) - spotted by #2 camera at 3:39 1.2 mi from #1 camera (or 2.9 mi from...
I worked for attorneys for 12 years, so just my two cents: Attorneys do not see clients at 10:30 at night Anywhere - especially in Georgetown - and especially when no charges had been brought against the M's. [modsnip].
Also, having been to Georgetown, I don't believe they were driving almost...
I agree that if I was ever accused of a crime, I would want a Great defense attorney on my side.
Any comments I make regarding attorneys are based on the 12 years I worked for them. Man, could I tell some stories . . .
I agree with what you say - all defense lawyers (and politicians) are wordsmiths. They are highly skilled at the spoken word - and we need to be just as careful as to what we hear. Listen Carefully!
I agree that SM's lawyer thinks the case will go to trial where SM's lawyer can sufficiently...
IMHO - your house should be clean enough to be healthy and dirty enough to be happy.
Everyone has their own comfort level with dirt and clutter. Seems like the M's may have spent some time on things other than cleaning of their house - their focus may have been elsewhere. That being said...
BBM. I asked my wife and she agreed that "bunches of trash" is more likely to be said by a woman whereas a man might say "a carpload of trash." Either way, the bottom line is that the person reporting the "trash loaded car" had to have looked in the vehicle to notice the "trashiness"...
When I went down there last Saturday with my metal detector, I combed the whole right side - where Heather's car was parked - all the way to the entrance. I did not comb the memorial - I didn't want to disturb it. I also combed a little toward the boat launch but I didn't comb the trailer park...
MSM reported that two vehicles were taken: SM's new Ford F-150 and Wm Caisson's pickup. There may have been more vehicles taken but I can't find any links right now so I won't say for certain.
There is a least one camera focused on Cedar Lane - which is the easement granted by Horry County Electric to Wm Caisson (yes - the easement belongs to HCE) at the power grid station on 814. At least one camera is monitored by Mr Caisson.

I am trying to find my Blacks Law Dictionary which is usually the standard.
