Other reports say the the daughter is in her 20s not that she is 20. Not sure if they split back then or if at all. Both were made lifetime members of BLAC only a few years ago.

The age of the daughter disturbs me (if in fact she is the daughter). To think she was conceived around the time of the murders.

Be interesting if the outcome of this arrest will have anything to do with the Tiger Moth video, Dr Phibe or Droc, Cryptic GPS co-ordinates and lines, the Zodiac killer, a well-known Perthite etc

You don't need to know orienteering to read a map or have a high IQ or have access to the internet. Pre-internet you went to the local or state library and read maps, made copies and marked up your route on paper which was the common medium at the time. Nothing to indicate military training...

For this particular case I generally avoid putting my guesses, gut feels, theories, suggestions, assumptions etc out there and go with what the literature and the verified public domain evidence tells us and then take Occam's razor to it. I'll have a go this time... Anticipation denotes...

The reason I focus on the disposal sites is they are the only confirmed crime scenes i.e. the perpetrator illegally disposed of a human body, which provides an unequivocal starting point to work back from. "Offenders usually don't go far beyond an area they know as its easier to commit...

Myth: Serial killers want to get caught. Offenders committing a crime for the first time are inexperienced. They gain experience and confidence with each new offense, eventually succeeding with few mistakes or problems. While most serial killers plan their offenses more thoroughly than...

He certainly was an intriguing character, an absolute cult figure on the BF forum. From what I have read on Big Footy he sent letters relating to the Claremont murders to the Commissioner of Police and Foxtel and even created a blog - that certainly takes effort and shows a lot of conviction...
