The two sentences togther make no sense 5yrs for ch 3yrs suspended for 5yrs for gun charges..so in plain english .. I send you to jail for 5yrs for ch...in them 5yrs i sentance you to never misuse a firearm ...hang on mylady im in jail already how does one misuse a firearm there... Makes no sense..

Sky news guy said op sentanced to min 5yrs then showed the judge reading out the verdic of 5 yrs max....doh!!! Just said op will spend 1st nite in cell before going to hotel oscar...
