Australia Claremont Serial Killer, 1996-1997, Perth, Western Australia - #8 ARREST*

I believe there were three sites: 1. The place of abduction (Claremont: confirmed) 2. The location of the rape/murder (I believe it will be an open space, with a very specific sound and scent, I think it would be off a main-road to facilitate easy access to the eventual dump sites,) 3. The...

Australia Claremont Serial Killer, 1996-1997, Perth, Western Australia - #8 ARREST*

I don't think so. Her death has all the hallmarks of an accidentally drowning rather than a murder. BE left his victims naked and exposed in bushland, not bodies of water. Doubt very much that it's BE. Unfortunately it's likely she was drunk and drowned.

Yep, Occam's razor definitely applies here. @sleuthlife I agree with you that phone tapping is far too complicated and a stretch. I thought BE had no previous links with the Claremont case? (read this in the ABC/on the wiki). I think the idea of him doing some laps, scoping the area out and...

Do you have any evidence to support your claims? WAPOL is very corrupt (it is known,) but your statments about getting private calls, cops messing with DNA and BE being a scapegoat just seem like nonsensical ramblings, I'm sorry.

Wow this is nuts. I have a feeling BE must have lurked here or on the Big Footy forum posts. I doubt he would have posted. Found out today that one of my mum's friends knew him through Belmont Little Athletic Club. He was also described as aloof by her.

Australia Claremont Serial Killer, 1996-1997, Perth, Western Australia - #8 ARREST*

I don't think that BE was a lust killer or a torturer. Lust killers tend to mutilate their victims pre and post-mortem. Dahmer was a lust killer. BE was a rapist who progressed to killing as a means of furthering his control over the victims OR he wanted to reveal his face to his victims, revel...

Australia Claremont Serial Killer, 1996-1997, Perth, Western Australia - #8 ARREST*

I don't think this is BE. The description doesn't seem to match as at the time of this occurring (1989), he would have been 19-21.

Yeah I don't think he would have tapped a phone box. I haven't heard about the Lakeway Drive-In attack, do you have a link or more information you can PM me?

Australia Claremont Serial Killer, 1996-1997, Perth, Western Australia - #8 ARREST*

Yeah especially if it's late at night with no other options immediately available. I, myself have got into a car with a stranger one time when I got off the bus a stop too late down Midland way. It was late at night and I had no idea where I was going, a stranger pulled up and offered me a lift...

Wasn't Vic Park at the time a pretty dodgy area? Just curious because when I was a teenager it was still considered a bit iffy. But if I recall correctly it's on the way down to Armadale/Gosnells etc? (Live on the east coast now and it's been a few years since I've been back out west.) I wonder...

Yeah I think in his mind these poor women were both "easy" (as in he put them into the "*advertiser censored*" category,) and accessible. I think he was probably scoping out Claremont for months before hand, building up the fantasy in his mind. He had already acted out his fantasy with the Karakatta attack but...

I would suggest that the other matters probably include: petty theft of women's garments, voyeurism, other sexual attacks and possibly the disappearance of Julie Cutler and Hayley Dodd.

I suspect that in the case of BE, rape was the primary motivation.

Australia Claremont Serial Killer, 1996-1997, Perth, Western Australia - #8 ARREST*

Yeah, I very strongly doubt with what we know about BE he would be into transvestitism. He's more than likely a paraphiliac. But I think Bart was right - he's not a sadist/lust murderer (and tend to be less mentally stable: think Jeffrey Dahmer.) They tend to mutilate their victims. I...

Some thoughts: (x) While police have never publicly stated that S.S (as her remains are still unfound,) J.R and C.G were sexually assaulted, we already know that B.E is perfectly capable of committing acts of sexual violence; therefore, it is reasonable to conclude that he also sexually...

The buying of the ski mask/balaclava on ebay is pretty creepy. Any other cold weather stuff purchased at around the same time? And that facebook post is insane. Must have been removed because I just did a search and couldn't find it. Just thinking, if BE was really tech-savvy, it's highly...

It's actually the dude on the right in that high school photo. One with the glasses.

Yeah I'd be really curious to hear about some more. Was gonna e-mail him ages ago before they discovered BE but chickened out.
